I’m Mitch Ashburn, a licensed Realtor with Edina Realty in Willmar, Minnesota. Raised on my family’s 3,000-acre farm just south of Murdock, I’ve lived and worked in this region my entire life. That local knowledge, combined with a degree in Farm Operations and Management and 17 years in HVAC and electrical systems design, lets me spot details most buyers and sellers miss—from long-term maintenance needs to true investment potential in lakefront cabins, single-family homes, land, or commercial buildings.

With four years as a full-time Realtor and more than 20 years of hands-on experience buying and selling investment properties, I focus on clear communication, strong negotiation, and making the process straightforward.
